Still don't have the hang of this, but here goes.... This is my watch movement that's similar to yours, but as you can see is different. As far as my research, they are high grade movement ebauches made by Lecoultre. They supplied just about every watchmakers with parts, so this probably won't identify your watch. If I'm correct as I was informed awhile back, there may be a makers mark behind the dial, but you would have to take this to a watch repair. I couldn't guarantee that info,  but this is the best I could come up with. Just like your movement and mine, they don't have the wolf wind teeth. C H Meylan supplied alot of movements to the U S watch market, but was supplied by Lecoultre

I'm still learning more , and will provide any additional info when available. Just to let everyone on this forum know, A  J.C. Grogan Patek sold for an auction record. I won't discuss what this watch fetched, but Pateks are shattering records. I'm in the hunt now for another Patek for my collection, but when watches reach certain levels this gets me nervous. This can also lead to some opportunities, as always being a collector of high grade everything.
I am amazed by the level of watches on this forum, though my collection doesn't compare to the complicated pateks here. Hope you get what your after, that will be a pleasure!!!!
