....if planning on buying it new from AD, you better start looking soon as 5109
is not anymore on 2008 Price List - indicating that it is being discontinued.
OTOH, it was never a big seller and I am sure you will be able to find one
if you call few ADs around.

5109 is indeed no longer on the 2007/2008 Patek Philippe catalogue so I consider that it is officially discontinued.

We have only two ADs in France, one being the Patek Philippe Paris boutique so it won't take long to know if they have one in stock, as soon as I have the money! 

Looking at the most affordable current or recent references, this 5109 is the one I prefer, from far for my taste over 5196 as the main challenger!

I love rectangular watches and the 5100, 5101, 5105 are not serious options for me for the time being. 5109 has a dial and hands that speaks to me and a case perfect for my wrist and taste.

Is this gorgeous 5109 yours?

If so, could I ask for a wrist shot?

Is it a watch you wear often?
