Patek Philippe

Does anyone know how difficult this watch is to obtain and how much approx it will cost?
It is a beautiful Patek and I am basically just very curious about it. I just bought a 5711 in White Gold, so I am not
going to be buying anymore watches for awhile, but .....

Which was produced in only 300 examples to celebrate the new Patek Salon in Geneva.

All had been sold out and you can only acquire it in 2nd hand market.  However the price is very expensive.  You can search the price in recent auctions.
