Hi, Im new to these forums, i recently got Patek Philippe ref. 1513, a very nice watch.. gonna post pics of it soon.
its half stainless steel, half gold.. only legs are made of gold. heres a pic of the watch (not the one i have, also this one is all gold - unlike mine.) 
mine is in a VERY good condition.. unlike the one in the picture.
I was wondering, how much do you guys estimate its worth, USD please...

..of estimate of your watch here in this forum.
Best you could do is to ask a professional apraiser or an auction house.
One other way to deteremine the value would be to check the auction houses data bases - some are easily availlable online. It would at least give you a rough estimate.
