dear Purists!
If I may ask, is there anybody here who has experienced of returning a Patek to its authorized dealer because of some defect? I purchased a PP5059R last December 8, 2006, and unfortunately, there is some defect in the watch. Because it was new year, I was really observing the watch to change the dates, but the aperture indicating the year seems to be stucked. But everything else are fine. I was really disappointed.
Will it be lawful to ask my AD for a full refund?
