Display to size ratio wise the 5004, sadly I can’t unsee the small moment in the big case of the 5970, even if I love the Lemania heritage,
So for me it’s the 5270( with the chin), due to the bigger month-day and cleaner overall look of the dial.
But to be honest, for me personally, nothing beats the 3970.

Given the choice between the three
I would go with the platinum split seconds. Among other things I like the pump pushers for the chrono.
Any one of them would be fine with me.
All are grails. They have Pros and Cons. Can't be wrong with any. I have a soft spot for white metals, so 5004p if I must pick one.
All the models are lovely, and I've owned several at one point, but I let go of the 5270 because I felt it lacked a certain condensed quality. My wrist size is also a factor.

Judging these watches on photos or during a few try on sessions is one thing, but owning them and being able to really spend some time with them is something else.

I feel 2 x 5270Ps is better than either a 5970P or a 5004P.
I'll also take a cheaper 5204P versus a 5970P or a 5004P.
