Patek Philippe ref. 5208 & 5308
The Patek Philippe ref. 5208 is a Minute Repeater Perpetual Calendar Chronograph. It was introduced at BaselWorld 2010 and features an instantaneous jumping perpetual calendar, a minute repeater and a column wheel-operated chronograph with a single pusher for the start/stop/reset functions.
The ref. 5308 is a Minute Repeater Split-Seconds Chronograph Perpetual Calendar. It's an updated take on the ref. 5208, with split-seconds chronograph in addition to the minute repeater and instantaneous perpetual calendar. It was introduced during the 2023 Tokyo Patek Philippe exhibition.
The latest iteration, the 5308G-001 was introduced last April at Watches & Wonders.

The 5308 is really thick though (not that the 5208 is thin)...

Although I can appreciate the watch just a few observations
1. Even with the complications way too thick
2. No chrono movement visible
3. Due to the auto, no balanced wheel visible
Due to the different modules, that obviously results in a thick watch.

The current 5905/1A-001 is 42mm x 14.13mm...
...no svelte watch. I don't think Patek even tries to make thin watches anymore other than some Calatravas...

are intended to have a bit of thickness and strong presence on the wrist.

...at that thickness, it should at least have 150m water resistance...

It's tough to get all of those complications in one watch without adding thickness. I wonder what the thinnest implementation is of a perpetual calendar with minute repeater and chronograph
