The ref. 2531 is a rare one with a low production number among rectangular models powered by cal. 9-90: it is estimated that only around 200 pieces were made, of which approximately 2/3 were yellow gold and the rest were rose gold.

so it might in fact be the precursor to this PP ref. 2531!
Very lovely piece indeed, but, even if I was surprised to like it much more than I thought I would, it didn’t feel essential enough for me to acquire it (and it came without the original buckle and with no extract).

it looked and felt on the wrist. But it came without the original buckle and without an extract and I prefer anyway to keep the money for an even more essential piece (“essential” to my eyes of course). Very lovely nonetheless.
