However, if you ask for my brief opinion about this specific Calatrava, I am genuinely positive about it, despite its being an entry-level piece for the brand. The 6119 is one of the first, long-awaited models of the "new generation" of the line, with obvious improvements on both front and back, and an overall design that is more modern, in a sense also more casual, and certainly more appealing to today's collectors.
That these two simple Calatravas in precious metal have been so sought-after by collectors since their announcement, I view it is an *extremely* good sign for the "slowest" lines of the brand, and as a consequence for Patek itself. Once again, they did something really right here.
This was my brief opinion on this watch, which necessarily only reflects what I see or sense of the market at this time. But as I also said, nobody can offer you any guarantee on the future performance of a particular model. I always advice people to buy a Patek because of how special the watch, and the history of the brand associated to it, are....and at least ideally, keep it for decades if not generations!

Hence my most obvious but best suggestion to you is: buy a 6119 or any other watch of this fantastic brand *only* if you love it, without worrying about making impossible predictions about its future ;-)
Hope this helps, and that you will love and purchase a 6119. But in case of doubt, please do not buy it and just leave it to the next guy in line!
Cheers.
