Assuming the case size, lugs, and lug screws are the same, in total, I have identified 9 differences, but depending on how you perform the count, there could be 19 differences !
Kudos to CBB for identifying the most number of differences, but some of hers IMO are not dissimilarities and are same items distorted due to photographic effects.
Do you think I was accurate in finding all differences ?

7, 8 & 9/19 - no border for the date window of Beijing, “Swiss” instead of “Swiss Made” at 6 for Beijing, and printed numerals for Beijing vs applied (On the other hand, each numeral is actually different and counting in such a way will give an additional 10 differences instead of just one from print vs applied)

You have such an eye for detail. I prefer the Beijing version which is why I did not buy the London version when I had the opportunity to do so. It does not quite show in your photos but I could not get used to the raised numerals of the London version.

The printed numerals of the Beijing version has a 3D feel but not raised too much from the dial.

I think I prefer the applied numerals, in terms of the little bit of depth they might provide and the actual styling. There’s something too whimsical about the choice of style/font used for the Beijing numerals for me. I think I also like that the date window is framed.

For me, the most attractive of all features (without having had a chance to see either version in the metal) are perhaps the unusual numerals on the Beijing model. Its engraved drawing on the caseback is also rather uncommon for Patek, another nice plus. Enjoy your rare Calatrava(s)! ;-)
