Back to the topic, both are nice and if it’s me, I’ll see which one will fit in the collection in terms of looks and metal because I like diversity.
I owned the G and sold it.
Too big and bold for my taste. The blue dial of the G is kind of dead. So if I had to choose between the two, I would go for the R with brown dial. Best, V.
If only they got rid of those two giant pushers on the left side
or at least minimize their profile or make them more integrated.
Depends on your use case
I wear my WG Pilot Travel Time as a daily when traveling. Going through airports, out at sports events, meetings, nights out.
Subtle and only those in the know recognize it as a special watch.
The dial is a rough blue surface, really nice I would not call it boring at all. Very legible and the details to be appreciated are in the functions and finish of the numbers and hands.
You will never get bored of the WG version if you choose to wear it as a daily.
RG or YG attracts much more attention but if it suits your complexion and you’re fine with that then it’s a very nice watch indeed!
