This is an interesting question. Actually, I don’t know the answer yet, but I think the polo stick hand will jump from one week indication to the next. Patek says that the movement is following the international ISO norm for calendars which says that the week is starting on Mondays. Therefore am think the jump will happen at midnight Sunday to Monday.
I will check that when I get the watch and report....
