I currently just bought myself a nice bulgari carbongold in Vegas. What are the most current issues with them? 

By "issue" do you mean good size, stealthy look, excellent value and nice commemorative piece for the original Bulgari Boitique?

I don't think there are any reported problems with the Bulgari Carbongold, so wear it in the best of health!
