RADO was THE watch of my childhood together with MIDO

RADO and MIDO were at the cutting edge of technology of that era.

One for being scratchproof and the other for being "waterproof" with it's "cork technology".

Neon signs on the roofs of buildings showed their logos and especially the 'Mido Robot' saluting in neon lights.
