While I am in principle happy that the brand name is again adorning the dials of watches I am likewise happy with this from the past era. Back in the day the golden ratio principle of movement design also bore fruit in terms of overall proportioning, which is a lesson that the Montblanc era didn’t always hit equally well.
At any rate, a fresh shot of the Pythagore, with its classical 34mm size 👔

Not so sure about the new crownless Minerva. Rather chunky for otherwise quite a refined dial design

I like the way the Roman numerals are done on this dial,
with a broader XII and (cut) VI. They should perhaps have kept the V, VII and VIII downturned, but apart from that, a really nice dial.
