Have yet to see the material in the metal, but i have heard that under certain lighting conditions the metal is almost white, so when Lange refers to it being honey coloured, i don'T think it's so much of it being like pure natural honey, but more like honey dissolved in water, that light colour with the tinge of brown, i believe that this is what Lange refers to!

Merci beaucoup Francois Xavier. As you have actually seen the watch (I loved your post and pictures) I really appreciate your observations. I am seriously considering purchasing one of the honey gold pieces and, as I always wear a deployant, was pondering which color of clasp would work best with the watch, as to the best of my knowledge, there are no plans to produce a honey gold deployant. As I have a PG clasp just gathering dust, this is a good thing. While it won't be a perfect match, from what you report, it should be close enough.
