A. Lange & Söhne

I am planning on getting another Lange, and have decided to go with a gold as opposed to a Platinum, as I already have a Lange 1 stealth.  After visiting my AD and checking out  various models, I have narrowed the choice down to either a RG datograph or RG 1815 chronograph.  Unfortunately, my AD had neither model in stock, however, I have seen a number of beautiful pictures of the RG datograph on this and other sites, so I believe that I have a fairly good feel for the watch.  However, I have never seen any pictures of the RG 1815 chronograph, nor can I recall reading any posts from anyone who owns one.   Any information, opinions, and especially pictures of this watch would be most appreciated.  Thank you.

You´re right in that the best input will come from owners!
So all of you owning an 1815 chronograph or Datograph, please feel kindly invited to join in and help out!

I also looked at the RG 1815 Chrono and thought it was incredibly beautiful. I went with this Dato because 1) I loved the silver dial and the way the subdials change according to the light; 2) I just preferred having what I felt was a more iconic Lange; and 3) I was able to purchase it preowned, almost brand new, for a price too difficult to turn down. So far, no regrets at all, but either is a winner.

Oh my, what a beautiful watch.  Yes, thank you very much you have just made the decision more  difficult  .
