i've got this by my father this autumn. sorry for the picture, i hope it helps anyway. i saw someone ahd the same question in 2005 ref. 132004 on the case, No 4/500 front a. lange & söhne glashütte I/SA made in germany, Doppelfederhaus furthermore there is sth engraved like "càrmule & söhne" on the back here the picture: it has a croc leather wrist in in dark bordeaux/grenadine and it seems to be a left-handed watch, the wheel is on the left side kind regards
