I can do the large watches. I am a big person, and the absolute minimum size for me is 41mm, or it looks too dainty, it is why I was drawn to the Terra Luna in the first place.
I am so in love with the underlying technology… and that is my biggest problem. It is underlying. I wish there was more to see. The same goes for the RL Tourbillon PLM… they are mechanical masterpieces, but they just don’t fully enrapture me with their design. At that price, even after their brutal secondary market mark down, I want the watch design to match the remarkable mechanical accomplishment at work. I want to see remontoire regulate the action like Grönefeld does in their dials, I want to see the chain unspool itself from the barrel, these are far more interesting than a tourbillon or a small view on the back into the oscillations of the balance wheel of the escapement.
