Is the next one due any day now? I can’t keep up!

One more coming in October I believe.

Lange 1 tourbillon would be next I would guess.  Maybe they will surprise us.

Or a new tourbillon? [nt]

Here’s hoping they finish with something really new and exciting.

No, 8 for the moment. The 9th has to be unveiled very soon. [nt]

Here are the 9 so far. It got confusing because they started introducing them at the beginning of the month instead of the 24th.

Considered two models

From a marketing perspective, I think Lange did a nice job creating interest throughout the year, celebrating the anniversary year.  Hopefully we will see more of that with releases during the year without huge wait times. I was disappointed with the selling model, though.  I was interested in either of the moonphase models, and inquired over a period time.  The first series of conversations it was made clear that other than the initial, higher volume model the limited editions were only for repeat boutique customers.  The person was very gracious, and implied over time that may change.  I subsequently followed up when a second model was released, and was told a similar message, albeit they indicated if I bought a non-limited watch I could receive the limited model.  When I balked at that, I was encouraged to leave a deposit for a future purchase to secure the LE.  I really didn't like the sales approach and decided the boutique approach is not for me. Lange is one of my favorite brands and I find it disingenuous with all the marketing (and posts) that imply the LE watches are even available.  Ultimately, I passed on getting a new Lange all together and went with another FPJ.

this was the same info I got from the boutique. I was interested in the L1 moonphase ltd to 25

they had none but had one stock of the daymatic which I can only buy if I had already purchased before from the boutique. the L1 ltd to 250 though can be purchased without a prior purchase history in the boutique. I told them I purchased a Lange Perpetual from an AD before but that does not count according to them.

If you feel like it, consider going back to the AD who sold you the Perpetual and see if they can get the 25th Anniversary Daymatic transferred to them...

It never hurts to ask your AD to talk to the higher-ups at Lange in your region, if you haven't already done that -- specifically, for your AD to make it clear to Lange that you did buy a new Lange from them and you want to buy another Lange from that same AD that you know the boutique actually has in stock right now.
I hope more Lange customers make it clear to the company that they're unhappy when they don't receive the very same access to various pieces through their AD that they receive through the boutiques. Boutiques will always have some special pieces, but hopefully our voices can help minimize the unequal treatment that ADs receive.

the boutique I asked is at Singapore

my AD is at Manila. I think difficult to transfer to another country and its the daymatic so not too keen on it. I like the L1 moonphase but even the SG boutique said it has since sold out.

Lange may be a bit late to the game here...

Unless I'm mistaken, FPJ has been doing this for a long time with their "Black Label" models. I'm not a big fan of this approach either, though I get the rationale from Lange's perspective.
