i´d guess all points are made; the "other side of the story" of Breguet/SwatchGroup/Retailer is unlikely to be present in a public medium, therefore further spinning forth this exchange is unlikely to result in something productive for anyone involved (or following the discussion).
I´d suggest to move on, before this thread gets locked or individual comments need to be removed.

Yes I guess we have mentioned a lot about this issue.
I just wanted people to know what goes on at times and thinks normally do not come out to the open.
All I ma saying is that the matter was not handled with the correct response from the start and thats where things got bad.
Breguet or their AD should be taught how to respond to customer problems as they sure did not do a good job in the start.
Further more I have many emails to prove this I jsut dont want to publish them unless I really need to.
