I completely understand your feeling and point of view.
I think that my interest in this piece might come from the fact that I’m more attracted to dress pieces than to pilots watches.
That said the Breguet from last year which really sang to me was the Souscription.

An interesting watch no doubt...
Although I could never afford either and think that a gold Type XX is sacrilegious to a certain extent...I must admit both are truly gorgeous. Go ahead and analyze that to the fullest ha.
Is it really a Type XX? I'm not sure after all: it's a dress watch and it's exactly why I like it! ;-)
