It depends of what other watches you have, the Monard is more bare relative to the Mayu but it wears larger. The Mayu dial is very well laid out but I think the movement of the Monard is more pleasing visually. As a casual dress watch the Mayu maybe...

I had a chance to handle both and the understatement of the PR on the underside is what makes this watch IMO. Looking forward to what Moser has in store for Basel 2010. Maybe considering one of these in the near future...
