The diamond has been set between the lugs on new PT case models for several years now (the 5004p for example does not have it, the 5960p does). The dial color is correct (it's not glossy on this model) and the moonphase is indeed a very dark blue....

..more presence in the case too ..definitely the 2499, but interesting how muuch the case style and classic pushers on a late model 2499 rhyme with the 3970. Also the 3970 e series are water tight so better to get one of those before you find...
