This rare military watch was designed and produced in middle 90's, only a limited quantities have been made during the time. The discontinued caliber 4S15 is one of the precise movements in Seiko family. This watch has never been worn since I acquired it back to 10 years ago however, some minor faries appeared on the strap maybe due to the weathring effect.
