Hello, Up for sale is my Daytona 6263 ( ca. 1980 ) Black dial. I bought this watch from the original owner; ( local Dr. ) He had it sitting in his dresser for most of it's life, it's a beautiful example; easily the nicest I've come across. Haven’t worn this one for a while Really comfortable on a rivet bracelet ( needs tightening though ) It’s a real pain to wind every day as I have to unscrew the crown but it’s a small price to pay My early 6263 -

Made a post of a collage of watches over on the Omega forum about my strange attraction to manual wind chronographs. Since I have a few 😜 vintage Daytonas which are also manual wind, I was asked to post them here by our in-house counselor 😁🤣😂
So here we are. No idea why I am so attracted by manual wind chronographs or manual wind watches in general. I just adore and prefer them. Maybe it is the fact that they need me to keep running, so a sense of survival, or maybe it is the interaction and feedback I get when I wind one or all of them.
