Description

Piaget Altiplano in yellow gold. One of the most interesting ultra-flat watches on the market. Manufacture caliber (9 P I believe). Very beatifful watch and very elegant.

Buyed in Lisboa (Lisbon - Portugal) in 2002 April. With box and papers.

Transport to Europe and outside with insurance payed by me. Value of the insurance will be negotiated because of taxes, but will prefer all value. If not is buyer's responsability.

Watch was used only 4 times. Even strap, croco one, in a good condition but with marks.

The World is Flat: A comparative review three extra-thin or ultra-thin watches (plus a couple of extras).
Notable watch companies aim for thin mechanical wristwatches, showcasing varying styles and technologies. Breguet Classique Ref. 5967 achieves slimness with a 36mm x 1.9mm caliber 506.2 movement with 40-hour reserve, while Bulgari Octo Finissimo Automatic focuses on horizontal component layout.

Enamel & scrimshaw marvels
Piaget's Emperador Coussin XL and Grande Lune boast striking dial artistry by Anita Porchet in enamel and Richard Maier in Scrimshaw, with limited-edition masterpieces like Champlevé enamel maps and detailed Cloisonné designs.

New to Piaget with Altiplano
Long-time watch collector intrigued by Piaget Altiplano for its thin design and four layers of depth in the dial. Movement is automatic with microrotor, finished beautifully. Brand lacks expected respect despite quality and reasonable prices.

2nd weekend of honeymoon with my Piaget Polo Skeleton
After wearing it quite regularly for 2 weeks, I now appreciate not just the skeletonized dial and movement but also the finishing of the case and bracelet as well as its comfort. Some pics to share. Cheers Robin Also wore my Altiplano 900P this weekend. Neglected this one since I got the Polos. Not

Pure elegance with this Piaget Altiplano 900P
I struggle to rotate this off my wrist recently. Love the ultra thinness (watch case 3.65mm thin) and the nice combo of rose gold and black. The dial is also very interesting and well finished. I never imagined a year ago I would fall in love with this maison Have a good weekend everyone! Cheers Rob

Piaget’s sunburst dial
Having ogled some Calatravas for a while, I finally pulled the trigger on an Altiplano 60th Anniversary in 38mm. The dark blue sunburst dial may be the best I have ever seen. Black in the shade, dark blue/purple in the sun. I would have loved a display back, too, but this dial is unlikely to make me
