The first Patek Philippe wristwatch - 1868
An 1868 Patek Philippe wristwatch, considered the first Swiss wristwatch, featured a large diamond cover, crown-operated winding mechanism, and key technology. Initially for women, men adopted wristwatches in the 1920s-30s.
I was quite surprised when Patek included these 50th Anniversary Nautilus watches as part of its 2026 W&W presentation. I think this was a mistake and a lost opportunity.

Movt under 103745 PP do have a movement, produced in 1895, and sold as a movement only with its dial on August 3rd, 1896.

The movement and dial might well be late 19th century, Miki . . .
. . . but undoubtedly cased in the late 20th.
