📖 About This Reference

The PAM00270 represents a specific iteration within Panerai's Luminor 1950 series, designated as the Luminor 1950 p2003. This reference offers the characteristic proportions and design elements associated with the Luminor 1950 case architecture in a steel construction. The watch features a 44mm steel case paired with a black dial. The case material provides durability while maintaining the substantial presence expected from this model designation. The black dial creates contrast against the steel case construction. This reference appeals to collectors seeking a Luminor 1950 model in steel with traditional black dial aesthetics. The PAM270 fits within Panerai's core offerings for those preferring steel cases over precious metal alternatives. The 44mm sizing places it within the standard range for contemporary Panerai references, suitable for collectors comfortable with substantial case dimensions.

Pam 335 : a tragic tale
this is a heart breaker : bought my panerai with great enthusiasm .. i travel a lot so the GMT was a natural choice and the look and feel of the ceramic casing with the horizontal 10 Day power reserve made it a perfect package for me: as soon as brought it home, i wanted to make sure the water proof

PAM270 production series
Does anyone know what are the production series of PAM270? I found the list on Paneristi forum and for PAM270 it's showing only J series which means that the watch was in production only in 2007 and obviously that is not the case. I am wondering what is the last series available... Thanks!

PAM 270
Hi, I am looking forward to buy a brandnew PAM 270 in the next two weeks. Now I have read about some movement problems in the past. Are these flaws still existing in 2012? Thank you for your advice and Best regards from Vienna, Thomas

233 vs 270 (and questions)
Hi all, I just purchased my first PAM, a 351. I fell in love with the gold hands on the tobacco dial. This is bad....but it's not even arrived yet and I'm hunting my next. I'm looking at the 233 vs 270. The Watch Observer gave the 233 a great review. But there's not a comparative review with the 270

From pictures on the internet and from what I remember, when watch shows 12 o'clock using the gmt hour hand (black hour hand), shouldn't the gmt
