Up for sale is my Panerai 351 with a Titanium case, Tobacco dial (one of my favorite dials of all time – can be gray or gray/brown depending on lighting and strap choice), and gold hands. I think this material/color combination is the best of Panerai – warmth of the Ti, versatility and character of the Tobacco dial, and the complementary contrast of the gold hands. If the 233 had this combo, I would buy two! Another great thing about this watch is the quick-change strap system, incredible innovation. If you are reading this listing, odds are you already know a lot about this piece: 44mm 1950’s case, display back, sandwich dial, in-house 3 day movement, etc.
The sale includes:
-Outermost tan cardboard box
-Black cardboard box
-Wooden inner box
-Booklets (dated 9/2010, still under full warranty)
-Plastic case protector
-Two strap tools
-OEM 24mm black rubber strap
-22mm brushed deployant buckle. Non-OEM but still very high quality. Unfortunately for deployant-only thin straps (will not fit either of the straps I have included for sale).
-24mm gray NATO
-24mm JV style handmade nubuck strap – incredible complimentary strap for this piece. Very well made strap.
-OEM 22mm thumbnail buckle (pictured on JV strap)
-All the retail tags
I sold the stock brown alligator strap because it was too dark for me; sorry I broke up the full set. The watch is in excellent condition – no scratches or dings, only a few minor desk diving rubs here and there – the pictures accurately reflect the condition of the watch. The 3-day in-house P9000 caliber is running flawlessly and keeps excellent time.
Price is $6,350 shipped via UPS Next Day (in the USA). I am not interested in shipping this watch outside of the USA. Wire transfer strongly preferred. Paypal okay with references and +3% for fees. Local deals welcome; the watch and I are located in Delaware. No trades please as I already have a replacement in mind. I have numerous references and have bought/sold a lot on the forums. First Panerai for thin wrists
Hi I am looking to purchase my first panerai but I have relatively thin wrists (at 6.25 inches - more round than flat). I have been looking at the Pam 392 (42mm) and the 44mm brown Pam 351 (titanium). I think the 44mm designs look better but the 42mm seem to fit better on the wrist. See attached som
