Description

Well, this isn't easy . . . but here it goes.

This may shock some of my M8tes, so here it goes - I'm putting up my cherished Ferretti

The Complete package, and it IS a truely remarkable package.
From the trademark Ferretti Pen and the Italian Leather Ferretti Belt with exclusive Pre V style belt buckle.
Italian Leather Ferretti belt homage to the famous Ferretti watch strap in Limited Edition matching millesimation to the Ferretti watch - remarkable.
The first time - Radiomir (Base) with the covered case-back...

I mounted the Ferretti SE strap and with care wore this piece to the first Hammer Carlsbad dinner. Otherwise only a very few select times with the Panerai OEM SE strap and only to show the watch.

This isn't easy to part with - Like New Safe Queen, only worn to show. Never seen a Cape Cod - polished up with a microfiber only.

Comes with ALL the boxes and items as received from Ferretti, carefully re-packaged.

RARE "Ferretti" PAM 248
one of the rare opportunities to own a truly historically significant piece (set) at such an affordable investment point.
one of only 20 made, 11/20

$9950 complete, bank wire, buyer pays FedEx direct

Officine Panerai honored Francisco Ferretti, a man with his own personal deep Panerai history in his own right with this homage base upon his Tuscany Boutique 20th year

Of course, according to Italy's Club Panerai; CLICK HERE this interesting and collectable watch, belonging to the historic collection, will be accepted for registration in their ownership archives by Club Panerai
I could go about Ferretti and I could co on about this set, but on on on on on with some pics.

The Box as it all came shipped directly by Ferretti from Italy.............. and Opened - Revealing the Outer Box and a few of the goodies . .

..

The Outer Box.............................................and the Inner Box...(excuse dirt inside camera lens, top right of center. you may also see it on other scans)
..

The Large Special Edition Pearwood Box w/key

Ohh Oh that smell . . . Italian Leather - Nothing Like it, L0L

Extremely Limited Italian photographic book - Gruppo Incursori tra passato e presente. Progenitori ed Eredi dei mezzi d'assalto della Marina Militare-, about the history of the Commandos of the Italian Navy, written just by two Italian Frogmen of the past. To my knowlege - Only available with this set.

Accompanied by a Special DVD....................and...Personalized by the Honoree himself . .
..

Ahhh, the Watch itself Built around the quintecential Rad Base, this is the first solid case back 45mm Rad - True Blood Rad Base
To quote one well versed admirer "the first EVER solid case back 45mm Rad ,, to celebrate the history & achievments attached to Sig Ferretti & Ferretti Orologi ,, The Professor ,, Salute
"now im not 2 bloody good at trivia", he said, "but i would say that would have to be one of the rarest watches ever produced ,,
again the first solid (makes a nice weight increase & feel over any other 45mm Rad imho , hefty little bugger) case back 45mm Rad ,,
followed only now by the 292 , albeit a ceramic case which kinda doesn't count in some respects ... "
...

Did I mention ton's of Italian Leather?
Two compartment watch case accomodates the matching millesimation Limited Edition Ferretti strap w/personalised buckle, Ferretti Pen and screwdriver.
.

Did I mention the aroma of Fine Italian Leather??? Lots of Fine Italian Leather, L0L

📖 About This Reference

The PAM248 represents Panerai's Luminor GMT 1950 10 Days within the GMT series, offering dual time zone functionality in the brand's distinctive case architecture. This reference combines the extended power reserve indicated in its model name with GMT complications for travelers requiring multiple time zone tracking. The 44mm stainless steel case houses a manual-winding movement beneath a black dial, protected by sapphire crystal. The fixed bezel design maintains clean lines while the case provides 300-meter water resistance. The manual movement requires regular winding to maintain the extended power reserve capability suggested by the model designation. This reference appeals to collectors seeking GMT functionality in Panerai's substantial case proportions. The PAM248 serves those preferring manual-winding movements over automatic alternatives, while the black dial provides versatility across various wearing situations. The combination of travel-oriented complications and robust construction positions this reference for both dedicated collectors and frequent travelers requiring reliable dual time zone capabilities.
