Description

We were an authorized dealer for Chronioswiss from 1998 - 2007. We received and installed this clock in 2004.
The Regulateur clock was in the hallway of the Hyatt Regency Hotel where our store was located. Although it is an exterior clock capable of being in different weather conditions, ours was never in the outside air. The Chronoswiss Regulateur clock is is very good condition. ** The side of the clock with the minute hand at the 30 minute position needs to have a part replaced. The new factory replacement part is pictured. The regulateur clock is two sided and comes with with the electronic keypad and instruction manual.

Gerd-R. Lang, founder and owner of Chronoswiss Uhren has thought of something very special for his authorized retailers: a Régulateur exterior clock. Just as the first Chronoswiss model Régulateur, the first exterior large Chronoswissclock also has a historical Régulateur dial. With the distinctive design of the dial and the knurled bezel, Lang has again succeeded in strengthening the recognition value of his watches.

The case is in stainless steel sheet metal with a satin finish, the bezel is made of seawater-proof aluminum plated with double gold leaves, the hands are varnished in sapphire blue and are based on the blue-varnished steel hands of the original watch. Only the interior life, contrary to the mechanical wristwatch, consists of modern computer technology. An electronically controlled main clock located inside the retail store controls the exact time display.

Together with Uhren Hemmer, a well-noted specialist for exterior clocks, Chronoswiss developed this ‘Business Card’ outside the retail stores. With the clock’s diameter of 72cm, the Chronoswissauthorized retailer can be recognized from afar.
The world’s first Chronoswiss exterior clock with Régulateur dial is available at Jeweler Wieser in Leoben in Styria, Austria.
The ‘Large Régulateur’ costs 5,000 Euro plus shipping.
