Omega Speedmaster Apollo XI 25th Anniversay 1994

Up for sale is a very good condition Omega Speedmaster Apollo XI 1969-1994 limited edition of 500 in WG ref 1480062

This time piece was introduced in 1994 together with a version in stainless steel and a platinum. This white gold version is the only model that has been chronometer certified. It has been fitted with basic calibre 861 movement with C.O.C.S certificate. In this particular time piece the movement calibre is numbered "864" Omega also decorative work on this Lemania based movement. Omega had produced in platinum 50 pieces, white gold 500 pieces and in stainless steel 2500 pieces. On the left hand side of the case has an inscription "Apollo XI 1964-1994. with each limited edition numbered individually on the back case.

This time piece has been fully serviced in Omega Service Centre in February 2014, It has not been used since the service, it has been sitting in my safe .

Overall this watch is in very good condition with minor hairline scratches, except a knock on the case lug at the 1 o'clock position. I have tried to show in the photos, it is not really visible when wearing the watch. it is not very big and hardly noticeable. I purchased the watch this way and I had it serviced after I purchased it. So it is in perfect working order.
