IWC Portuguese Regulateur

I am the first owner, with purchase receipt and full set with double box. The IWC watch box is in perfect condition, no issue with the box external leather, if you are IWC collector, you will know what I mean. It comes with an additional IWC blue croc strap and additional deployant buckle. Both straps are in very good condition and rarely wear. The watch is in very well maintain condition as I love all my watches. There is neither scratches nor ding on the case and sapphire crystal. Selling it to fund another new incoming. Watch has never been polish and in good working condition.  I am asking for S$10,000 exclude shipping. I am not a trader, just a watch collector. Not interested in trading.
