IWC Ingenieur

18K 666AD manufactured in 1960. This stunning watch was given a complete IWC "spa" renovation in Schaffhausen three years ago and has been worn less than 6 times since. The original and very corroded dial was replaced by IWC during the renovation and this is noted on the factory invoice which will be included with the invoice. Some faint micro abrasions can be seen on the bezel and caseback. This watch was unpolished prior to being sent to the factory, and given a light polish while there. So the lugs and case in general remain full with well defined bevels. One would definitely not call this watch overpolished. The plastic factory sticker remains intact on the caseback. The original 18K plated buckle is included along with a $400 Camille Fournet alligator strap. I know nothing about the provenance of this watch as it was purchased by auction by me and then sent to Schaffhausen for restoration.
