De Bethune DBS

For sale here is my De Bethune DBS with a white gold case and box and papers!

This is a watch that seems to have a mesmerizing quality to it. I’ve never been asked more frequently by other watch enthusiasts to see or take pictures of my watch than when I’m wearing this one. It’s also pretty rare, and pretty unlikely you’ll run into somebody else wearing one. The sapphire crystal has a fantastic anti-reflective coating, so in most angles and lightings you can’t see the crystal (my picture above is a bad example).

As a bit of background, the DBS was debuted in 2005 for the first Only Watch auction. I believe it introduced a variety of signature elements for De Bethune such as the horseshoe case shape (which is very comfortable and has lugs designed in a way that it wears much smaller than it’s size) and the famous 3D moonphase complication.
