For your consideration is one of the very rare Archimede Pilot Originals. It is part of a limited edition of 90. This model differs from the standard production model in significant aspects. The first is that it uses a rare vintage Junghans 87 movement that dates back over 40 years. The movement has been reworked for use in this watch. Here is a pic from the Archimede website:



Additionally, this piece has beautiful blued hands that are a joy to look at. This particular example is in NEAR MINT condition. There are no scratches anywhere. However, owing to its bead-blasted finish, there is a small rub mark seen at the 9:50 position that is just barely visible at a specific angle. The stock strap was never used.
