Additional Information: The first rattrapante to be able to time sub-intervals of up to 30 minutes long (others can only manage 60 seconds). A specially developed isolator mechanism eliminates amplitude decline that is typical of a stopped flyback hand. Based on the Datograph caliber, the Double Split adds a second column wheel, additional levers for the second flyback and the isolator mechanism. A newly developed balance spring, manufactured entirely in Lange's Glashutte manufactory, 1/5 second sweep chronograph flyback and split hands. Minute accumulator between 3 and 4 o'clock (30 minutes); an additional hand functions as a split accumulator up to 30 minutes.
