Hello fellow purist.

I am still heartsick, but I am selling my Zeitwerk 140.029 NIB.

I bought the watch from Lange boutique Jan 27, 2021 and it was carried straight to my brother's place in SF.

I was going to pick it up when Covid situation got better, but with overseas travel restrictions still strong I couldn't go to SF and thus the watch has been sleeping in the box for three months now.

It is COMPLETELY UNWORN with FILM STILL INTACT(as you can see in the photos).

The watch is in SAN FRANCISCO, US NOT South Korea. (I don't know how to change this...)

TRADE-IN:

I was planning on picking it up in June during my business trip to bay area, but my yearn for Patek 5980 has turned to sickness and will have to part my farewell to Zeitwerk to fund for 5980a.

So, I am very much open if anyone is looking for trade with 5980 + cash.

PRICE:

Pricewise, I would be getting a huge hit recently buying from boutique at retail of around $89,000 including tax and selling at this price.

EWC has completely unworn Zeitwerk same model for 79,500 USD so I adjusted accordingly and gave handsome "purist discount"

ABOUT TIMEPIECE:

Just one thing that I wanted to mention about this particular Zeitwerk is that it has no "pre-loading" like the earlier Zeitwerk. The older Zeitwerks' minute and hour disks slightly turns when seconds hands hit 55- hence pre-loading - then jump. However, this model is fitted with updated version(although same caliber) where the change is more smooth.

I much preferred this updated movement due to my OCDness to details...

Thus, makes this watch more rarer of the Zeitwerk.

Also, this particular Zeitwerk model is discontinued and although newer entry Zeitwerk will be introduced soon, it won't have the same movement. (newer one will probably have barrel of Zeitwerk date).
