I'm going to assume that my rerlative was not aware this was a ladies moderl. Thats it, I'm going to sell this watch asap. I don't think they had unisex watches in 1970. Thanks for the info

I am trying to identify this older omega watch I received as a graduation gift 30 years ago. It has a Brown suede strap, that came with it, but was removed and replaced with what looks like a generic 18K gold band (circa 1975). It came in a red Omega box ...

I found out that this is a refernce 5110378 Omega, I do not know if it is a ladies watch or small mens? How would I find it's value? Thanks

If you received this watch 30 years ago, then you know many things don't add up. Omega made a range of 'Emeraude' watches in the De Ville line during most of the 1970s but the MD 511.0378 did not look like yours. It was a ladies watch with a carbochon-set...

I am sure this is a geniuene Omega. The ref. number was stamped on the inside of the back cover, along with the Omega symbol. The movement has a number on it, which I think started with "38", which would correspond with a 1973/1974 manufacture. The moveme...
