SIHH 2014: Panerai 45mm Radiomir 1940 Chronograph - PAM518, PAM519, PAM520

As part of Panerai's new chronograph collection, I think these following 3 chronos are the most attractive - PAM518 (platinum in 50 pieces w/ ivory dial), PAM519 (red gold in 100 pieces w/ brown dial), and PAM520 (white gold in 100 pieces w/ black dial).

Unfortunately they are all in precious metals so the prices will be sky high sad

Panerai uses the 45mm Radiomir 1940 case with 2 newly designed chronograph dials - one with the sexy baton markers & the other with a California dial.

Movement-wise, they house the manual wind OP XXV calibre which based on a Minerva 13-22.  Finishing on the movement looks beautiful but I'll need to see these myself to see how well finished they are.

In any case, I love the ivory dialed platinum version - PAM518 - and I think this one is the best of all 3.  Unfortunately it's the most expensive too :P

Cheers,
Anthony
