Limited production
They are limited production. According to a Panerai personal I have spoken with said that they were originally going to make 100 pieces per year, but it has been changed to just 100 pieces per model and that would be it. Therefore, they come with the special edition box with scroll paper. I bought one and that's how I know about this.
