Deposit paid for my PAM312, my first Panerai
Guys, I have to say that the encouragement I received after posting my collection and messages made me act much faster than I normally would. After considerable mental debate, I decided to go for the PAM312 which is available in the Sydney AD, the only one I could find in Australia. I even called HK's Panerai boutique and they only have a PAM320. I put a deposit down today and will pick it up later.
I chose PAM312 because I realised its less crowded dial represents everything I like about Panerai. Strong and elegant. It really is the best first Panerai choice for me. It will be my all around watch.

the 312 is very popular due to the reasons you listed...the in house movement is just gravy on top... most PAM bang for the $$$ here are a few to tie you over......
the 312 is my first..but not my last...
I am looking to add a Rad to my collection...and it a waiting game I have a few in my sights.. enjoy the wait as the end is just sweet..
