Dear PuristS ,
Officine Panerai is proud to present the Luminor 1950 3 Days GMT Automatic – 42MM (PAM 535) and Luminor 1950 3 Days GMT Power Reserve Automatic – 42MM (PAM 537) , both featuring a rare Panerai release of the Paris Hobnail dial.
Commonly known in the world of haute horlogerie as “clous de Paris” – or “nails of Paris” – the Paris Hobnail dial features a guilloché pattern of hollowed lines that intersect to form tiny pyramidal shapes inspired by the streets of Paris. This subtle detailing, a classic design element of fine Swiss watchmaking, handsomely enhances Panerai’s classic Super-Luminova ® Arabic numerals, hour markers, and subdials.
The both the PAM 535 and PAM 537 feature an Assolutamente calf strap with beige contrast stitching – in black and brown, respectively. The PAM 535 features Officine Panerai’s P.9001 movement, including a power reserve indicator on the case back, while the PAM 537 features the P.9002 movement and boasts the power reserve indicator on the dial.
