The dial....
I honestly don't know about the dial. I suspect it could even have been an unused dial at the Minerva factory - a NOS vintage dial. It's just spectacular. The gentleman I bought it from - who was very knowledgeable about Minerva in this very specific timeframe - did not discount that possibility. Regardless, it's a perfect dial and very much like a dial from the 1940's. Glad you like it!
