Strangely enough, this version looks more balanced than the one with solid dial. Moreover, the sapphire dial makes it more contemporary. On the downside... we can clearly see the diameter of the module and once again, we are convinced that the watch could...  

agree this smoked sapphire dial version makes the heritage spirit perpetual looks more balanced. I think in this version, I don't feel the sub dials are cluttered around the center anymore. What I still feel though is the date sub dial is still very small... 

I'm wondering, will this be a limited edition offering or a regular release that will be made available widely?

From my understanding when I asked my sales rep The smoked sapphire dial really looks nice when I saw it in the metal! Cheers Robin
