Even if the watch shown is the real thing, that may not be the watch you are sent. I have purchased watches online, but only from sellers with a long sales history and only positive reviews from buyers. If the seller is selling crap, I figure an experienc... 

It is always almost impossible to judge authenticity based on photos alone. From a quick glance, it seems authentic. But then again, do you know if the seller is showing you the actual watch? Is it a stolen timepiece? There is a lot more to question besid...  

Thanks Mike, found the seller through craig's list, but visiting a MB dealer / boutique sounds like a good idea - I've been looking at the seller's pictures and comparing them with pictures on this forum and on Mont Blanc's site, and one things looks pecu...  

the hands are pretty small so how the seller takes his/her photos may cause the change in hand sizes you are detecting. Always safe to go to a dealer and compare. Best, Mike

I don´t recommend buying any of Montblanc watches online. There are many, many fakes.

there are a lot of replicas of Montblanc watches online... I've seen some of the newest models are being copied. That is how popular Montblanc is! Best, Mike
