The engraving on the case back looks in the right order
Most importantly the movement seems right. I see the ETA stamp behind the balance wheel.
If it is a replica, then it is a darn good one.

Montblanc genuine or not
I agree, looks genuine to me as well just going off the photos you have put up. I own a Montblanc Timewalker Chronograph, bought from Montblanc boutique in Switzerland. The movement and case markings are the same, and the box & cushions look the same also...
