Funny , i met Mr Lambert as well
We had a little dinner with roughly 50 guests at a very nice cliff top home in auckland and yes he was wearing a RG perpetual watch. For a bloke with a background as an accountant he was very engaging and came complete with sound effects whilst trying to explain the noise a " lord of the rings type contraption" makes in the reverso repeater. He was very happy that i was able to recommend a route for his 1 hr 45 minute run he would be doing this morning as part of this training for the upcoming Lausanne marathon.i was also able to provide directions for him to buy a french rugby jersey today as hes going to the big game tonight , All Blacks Vs France.
As a busy man this game tonight offers him a rare chance for down time and i suspect a chance to knock off one of those must do things off his bucket list.
Anyway i promised to take a few photos on the iphone from last night including one of me with jerome.NIco many thanks for your insights mate

tonights game is the 50th test between the all blacks and france and its also the richie mcaws (the all black captain) 100th test. he will become the first ever all black to play that many tests. regards darma
