Jaeger-LeCoultre

Jeager LeCoultre crystal replacement

I have a small oblong stainless steel watch that belonged to my late Father. The Crystal is damaged in one corner, but otherwise the case and movement are like new. I estimate that watch dates from the late 1930's to late 1940's.

I am a complete novice in these matters.

How can I research the date and model type
How could I make contact with someone capable of servicing the watch and replacing or remaking the crystal
